Okay, so I’ve been diving into the wild world of WWE quizzes lately. It all started when I stumbled upon a random one online, and I thought, “Hey, I know a bit about wrestling, let’s see how I do.” Boy, was I humbled!
I started by just Googling “WWE quizzes.” There are tons out there! Some are super easy, like “Who won the Royal Rumble in 2005?” (Batista, duh!). Others are ridiculously hard, asking about obscure pay-per-view matches from the 80s. It’s a mixed bag, for sure.
I spent a good few hours going through different quizzes. I quickly realized I needed to brush up on my WWE history. I mean, I remembered the big names and storylines, but some of these questions were deep cuts. I was pulling up old match results and Wikipedia pages like crazy.
My Strategy (or Lack Thereof)
- First pass: Just go with my gut. See what I remembered off the top of my head.
- Second pass: If I was totally stumped, I’d start searching. I’d try to narrow it down using dates or other wrestlers involved.
- Learning: Any question I got wrong, I made a mental note to remember the answer. I consider it adding to my wrestling knowledge!
It became a bit of an obsession. I found myself spending my lunch breaks and evenings testing my knowledge. I even started keeping a little notebook where I’d jot down trivia I learned from the quizzes.
The biggest thing I’ve learned is that there’s SO much WWE history. It’s decades of storylines, characters, and matches. I thought I knew a lot, but these quizzes have shown me I’ve barely scratched the surface. I am now a way better WWE fan.
It’s been a fun, and sometimes frustrating, experience. But hey, at least now I can confidently tell you who won the 1992 Royal Rumble (Ric Flair!). And I plan to continue this quiz journey, and maybe one day I can have all the champion belts of the trivia world.
