Okay, so I wanted to figure out who’s gonna win between Shelton and Mannarino. I’m no expert, but I like to make little predictions for fun, so I thought, why not give it a shot?

First, I did some digging. Just basic stuff, you know? Looked at their recent matches, wins, losses – the usual.
I started by checking out their head-to-head record. Have they played each other before? Who won? Stuff like that. Turns out they did face before.
My Research Process
Then, I tried to see how they’ve been playing lately. I looked for any news, any little comments about how they’re feeling, any injuries… anything that could give me a clue.
- Checked recent tournament results.
- Looked for player interviews or news articles.
- Checked for injuries (Old injury is also a hidden danger).
After checking all that basic info, I tried to consider the surface they’re playing on. Does one player do way better on a certain type of court? You’d be surprised how much that can matter!
Mannarino seems like an old fox, and I guess Shelton must has a good state on the hard court.

Finally, after all that looking around, I just went with my gut. It’s not scientific, I know! But sometimes you just get a feeling, right? I weighed everything I’d found and made my pick.
Based on what I could dig up, and putting on my totally-amateur-analyst hat, I think Shelton is going to be the winner.
It’s just a guess, though! Don’t go putting your life savings on it or anything. I just like playing around with these predictions. We’ll see if I’m right!
