Alright, so I got curious the other day about Kareem Hunt and where he stands in Madden 24. You know how it is, you start thinking about players, maybe setting up a fantasy league or just messing around in the game, and you wonder what the ratings guys decided.
So, I figured the best way was just to check it myself, right in the game. I grabbed my controller, fired up the console – takes a minute to boot everything up, always does. Then navigated over to Madden 24 and got that started.
Getting into the Nitty-Gritty
Once the game finally loaded past all the splash screens, I didn’t mess around with playing a match or anything. I headed straight for the roster section. Usually under something like ‘Creation Center’ or ‘Settings’, found the ‘Edit Rosters’ option. That’s where they hide all the player stats.
First thing, gotta make sure the rosters are up to date. I usually run a quick check for the latest live roster update because players move around, ratings change. Made sure I had the current one downloaded.
Then, I went to the team rosters. Since Hunt signed with the Browns again after the season started, I scrolled over to Cleveland. Found the team, then filtered down to the Running Backs (RB) position. Makes it easier than scrolling through everyone.
Finding the Number
Took a second scrolling through the RBs, and there he was: Kareem Hunt. Clicked on his name to see the full player card.
And the magic number, his Overall Rating (OVR), was sitting right there. I saw he was rated 79 OVR. Not too bad, honestly. Seemed about right to me, considering his role and how he played.
I glanced at a few other stats like speed and carrying, just out of habit, but really, I was just after that main overall number. Once I saw the 79, that was pretty much it. Mission accomplished.
So yeah, that was my little dive into the Madden rosters to find Kareem Hunt’s rating. Just turned on the game, updated rosters, found the Browns, filtered by RB, and there it was. Simple as that, really. Just wanted to confirm it with my own eyes in the game.
