Okay, so I’ve been meaning to get some new shorts, specifically for watching golf. I’m a big fan of the DP World Tour, and I noticed a lot of the pros wear these really sharp-looking shorts. So, I figured I’d try to find some similar ones for myself.
This is my share for DP World Tour Shorts!
First, I started by just browsing around. I looked at some of the bigger sports stores, but honestly, I didn’t find much that really grabbed me. The selection was either pretty boring or way too flashy. I’m going for that classic, understated golf look, you know?
My Searching
Then I hit up some online golf shops. This is where things got a little more interesting.I found a few brands that seemed to be popular among the pros, I also checked out a couple of the official DP World Tour merchandise pages, but they didn’t have a huge selection of shorts, strangely enough.
After a couple of hours of searching and comparing, I narrowed it down to a few pairs that I liked. I was mainly focusing on:
- Material: I wanted something lightweight and breathable, because, let’s be real, nobody wants to be sweating buckets on the course or on the couch.
- Fit: I prefer a classic fit, not too baggy, not too tight. Something that looks good but also allows for a full range of motion.
- Color: I was leaning towards neutral colors like navy, grey, or khaki. Versatile enough to go with pretty much any polo shirt.
I finally settled on a pair from a brand that I’d seen a few of the DP World Tour players wearing. They looked perfect – the right material, the right fit, and a nice, classic navy color.
I placed the order, and they arrived a few days later. I tried them on, and they fit great! Exactly what I was hoping for. They’re comfortable, they look good, and I feel like I can channel my inner DP World Tour pro when I’m wearing them (even if my golf game is nowhere near that level!).
So, mission accomplished! I’ve got my new DP World Tour-inspired shorts, and I’m ready for the next tournament. Now, if only I could get my swing to look as good as those guys…
