Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this “eternal calculus” thing in Honkai Star Rail, and let me tell you, it’s a bit of a trip. I wanted to share how I finally got it working, ’cause it took me a while to figure this whole thing out.

First, I started by looking at the in-game description, which, honestly, wasn’t super helpful. It talks about “movement” and “solving puzzles,” but it didn’t really click for me. So, I jumped into the map, just kind of randomly exploring.

My First Encounters

  • I found these weird floating blocks and these glowing… things. I didn’t know what to do with them.
  • I tried walking around, bumping into stuff, the usual. Nothing.
  • Then, I noticed that when I moved, some of the blocks moved too! But it was all over the place, and I couldn’t figure out the pattern.

It felt like I was playing some kind of weird, abstract sliding puzzle, but with extra steps. I spent a good hour just pushing these blocks around, getting more and more frustrated. I almost gave up, seriously.

Figuring It Out (Slowly)

Then, I took a break, came back, and started experimenting more systematically. I focused on one block at a time, trying to see how my movements affected it. I drew little diagrams on a piece of paper (yeah, I’m old school like that) to track the movements.

Finally, it started to make sense! I realized there was a kind of “mirror” effect happening. If I moved forward, a block might move backward, or to the side, depending on its position. And there were these “control points” that seemed to change the direction of the mirroring.

And that’s it,I finally solved it.

The key is to take it slow. Don’t try to solve everything at once. Focus on one block, figure out its movement pattern, and then move on to the next. And don’t be afraid to draw diagrams! It really helped me visualize what was going on.
