Okay, so, I’ve been trying to download “Wuthering Waves” lately, and let me tell you, it’s been a real pain in the neck. I tried to download it on Epic Games and official site. But, I ran into some problems that I wanted to share with you guys, just in case any of you are having the same issues.
First off, I launched the Epic Games Store. I searched for “Wuthering Waves”, and I started the download process. It seemed to be going okay at first, but then it just got stuck. And I mean, completely frozen. I waited for a good while, but it just wouldn’t budge. I tried restarting the download, same problem. It kept getting stuck, and it was driving me nuts.
One thing I noticed was that sometimes the download progress would jump up a bit, like it was making progress, but then it would just drop back down to where it was before. That was super frustrating. It felt like it was teasing me, you know? So I disabled the fullscreen optimizations and run as administrator. It’s no use at all.
So, I started thinking maybe it was my internet connection. I checked my connection, and it seemed fine. But to be sure, I restarted my router anyway. Tried the download again, and guess what? Still stuck. Tried to clear the Epic Games cache or reinstall the game. Not working at all.
At this point, I was getting pretty annoyed. I mean, I just wanted to play the game! After the server is launched, I tried downloading directly from the official site. The same problem happened. It got stuck at 99%, no matter what I did. I just don’t get it. What’s up with this game?
So yeah, that’s where I’m at right now. Still can’t download “Wuthering Waves”. It’s a bummer, but I figured I’d share my experience with you all. Maybe someone out there has a fix or some advice. If you’ve had similar problems, let me know! I am gonna find the fix and share it with you guys.
